Don't Sink the Boat

Keep On Eating and you'll sink the boat.

I hope this guy knows how to swim. Well maybe his fat will float him to shore.

Diet Tip:
Help to Stop Binge Eating

Binge eating is when a person eats a large amount of food in a short period of time and feels out of control.

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. According to a recent study, binge eating is more common than previously thought.

Simple breathing, relaxation and acknowledging feelings can be helpful for reducing the length of a binge episode. Breaking the cycle of binge eating takes time and patience; and for some people, getting help from a registered dietitian or other health professional with experience in eating disorders is recommended.
